Maxwell Stay is a private riverside property. Please treat the homes, gardens, pool areas and riverfront with care. Outdoor music must be kept at reasonable levels after 22:00 so guests and neighbours can rest.

Occupancy and visitors
Only registered guests included in your booking may stay overnight. Day visitors for events must be agreed with our reservations team in advance. Pool and entertainment areas are for the exclusive use of your party.
Pools and river safety
Children must be supervised at all times near pools and the Vaal River. No diving where depth is unknown. Glass is not permitted in pool areas. Please use plastic or shatterproof alternatives outdoors.
Smoking and fires
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette ends safely. Open fires and fireworks require prior written approval from Maxwell Stay management.
Pets
Pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing before arrival. Guide dogs are welcome with prior notice.
Check in and check out
Standard check in is from 14:00 and check out by 10:00 unless otherwise confirmed in your booking email. Late departure may incur additional charges if the calendar cannot be turned for the next guest.
Damages and housekeeping
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear. Our team may access the property for essential maintenance or emergencies with notice where possible.
